About our client:

Our client is a leading global provider of collagen products for the food industry. As a company committed to innovation and excellence, we are looking for a skilled Corporate Lawyer / Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. This role is pivotal in supporting our business operations and ensuring legal compliance across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues including corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and documents.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where Devro operates.

- Assist in managing corporate governance and policy development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and support business strategies.

- Liaise with external counsel as needed and manage legal aspects of business projects.

- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and advise the company accordingly.

Job requirements


- A law degree from a recognized institution.

- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
