What will you be doing?

As a staff coordinator you will work for the employees who come from abroad (Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Spain and Portugal) and focus on the onboarding, coaching and guidance. You like to get to know everyone at work but also on a personal level and you know how to make a strong commitment to the (flex) employees. Does something need to be arranged? You fix it! From arranging visas, housing, sick notes to giving (flex) employees an introduction to ensure they can do their jobs safely.

This is what you get:

A salary between €2.750,- and €3.500,- gross per month.

An excellent bonus scheme equal to a gross monthly salary.

Job requirements

This is you:

  • You speak good Dutch and English. Romanian and Bulgarian are a big plus.
  • You have experience in the HR profession and are in possession of a drivers license B.
  • You are the example of helpfulness and hospitality.
  • Making people happy is what you get up in the morning for.
